  • Owned the platform & infrastructure stream for a multi-tenant analytics platform on GCP (partnered with a separate data-modeling lead).
  • Implemented and operated Dagster on GKE (dagster-daemon + user-code) using Helm and Workload Identity.
  • Standardized IaC and delivery (Terraform, GitHub Actions) with automated environment rollouts and consistent guardrails.
  • Shipped a secure partner API (FastAPI on Cloud Run) with OAuth authentication and versioning.
Data Platform Engineer — 9 Friendly White Rabbits (Berlin)
Jan 2021 – Apr 2024 • E-commerce & retail
  • Built and ran a BigQuery-based data warehouse for 5–10 teams; ~100 pipelines processing TB/day across tens of datasets.
  • Developed Dataform modeling patterns (SQL + Node.js), with controlled release workflows for staging/marts.
  • Re-architected pipeline automation to a pure Airflow orchestration approach, improving reliability and reducing operational hiccups.
  • Implemented CI/CD for data + infra using GitHub Actions / Cloud Build / Terraform; managed IAM/governance as code.
